UV sun safety boards (custom items)
UV sun safety boards are produced to order and personalised with organisation or sponsor branding. As these items are custom printed, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned once production has begun.

If a board arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Sunscreen products
Unused sunscreen may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

the product is unopened and in its original condition; and
the safety seal remains intact.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Opened or used sunscreen products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
