Gavid Vickers

Gavid is the head coach of Infinity Tennis, a premier tennis coaching business operating across five venues in East Kent: Margate, Broadstairs, Spencer Square, Ramsgate, Herne Bay, and Faversham. With over 30 years of experience playing and competing in the Kent league, Gavid brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching and now to the charity.

Last year, Gavid faced a health scare after being diagnosed with abnormal skin cells on his face caused by sun damage. This experience has led him to become a strong advocate for sun safety and is dedicated to practicing and promoting safe sun habits.

Gavid’s commitment to enjoying the sun safely extends to his community. He actively shares the message of the Melanoma Fund, emphasising this to his students and peers. As Gavid often says; “Enjoy the sun but protect your skin – it’s the only one you’ve got.”
